The hotel had a nice historical dining room that had a view of a Gothic church which created a lovely atmosphere during breakfast. the location was close to the hospital which worked well for us. the staff was very attentive, offering to cook and deliver food for my wife and me at the hospital.
The main entrance was difficult to open, and there was no information about how to get in or what to do if the door was locked. Unfortunately, our sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable, from the pillows to the bed linen, making it difficult for us to sleep well.

The historical canteen was a nice touch to the hotel experience, and the dining room offered a great view of a beautiful Gothic church. The location of the hotel was pretty good too, with convenient access to key business areas. The staff were also very welcoming and accommodating.
The entrance to the hotel was pretty odd—it required climbing 2 flights of stairs to arrive at the reception area. the pillows provided were horribly clumpy, and the bed linen was uncomfortable, making for an unpleasant sleeping experience.

I had to stay near the hospital for my wife's operation, so this hotel's location close to the center of the town was perfect. Additionally, the staff was incredibly caring, offered to take us dinner in the hospital if we wanted, and always asked about my wife's recovery. The historical canteen and dining room with the view of the gothic church was a pleasant surprise.
Everything was spot on.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the town center and hospital, useful for those traveling for medical reasons. Some guests were impressed with the bathroom and towels, and others appreciated the historical dining room with views of the gothic church. There were a few positive mentions of caring hotel staff and even offers to bring meals to the hospital.
Some guests had issues with the entrance and intercom, leading to frustration and wasted time.
